Account Manager – Client Relations & PR

About the role

VelivoHR is seeking an Account Manager to manage client relationships, develop and execute content strategies, and drive media relations across diverse sectors such as FinTech, E‑commerce, Lifestyle, Fashion and Real Estate.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and deliver all content‑related deliverables outlined in the mandate.
• Research briefs from SMEs and function heads to create targeted, insightful content that aligns with client narratives.
• Oversee the strategic flow of content, ensuring timely communication of organisational news across platforms.
• Pitch client stories, secure media coverage, and cultivate relationships with journalists to boost brand visibility.
• Monitor content performance, adjust strategies for optimal engagement, and generate regular reports with insights.
• Plan and execute PR events and manage crisis communication strategies when required.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience, with at least 2 years of core communications experience.
• Master’s degree in Communication, Social Sciences, Research Analysis or a related field.
• Prior experience working in a PR or media agency handling multiple clients.
• Continuous employment of at least 2 years in the same organization within the past three years.
