Conducts mechanical, physical and chemical testing of rubber and plastic materials according to ASTM, ISO, IS and customer specifications using UTM, durometer and analytical balance. Operates ageing ovens, cold chambers and compression set apparatus to evaluate material performance and prepares detailed test reports for internal teams and customers. Performs polymer identification, handles laboratory chemicals safely, and maintains instrument calibration and routine maintenance to ensure accurate results. Manages test data, sample logs and calibration documentation in a NABL‑accredited ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory, supporting audit readiness and 5S/GLP practices.
