Web Developer & IT Technology Manager

About the role

Olive Sky Innovations Group is seeking a senior Web Developer & IT Technology Manager to design, build, and maintain modern digital ecosystems. The role blends full‑stack development with infrastructure management, ensuring high‑performance, SEO‑friendly websites for a fast‑moving agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive websites using WordPress, Webflow, Shopify and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Code, test, launch, and maintain live projects from start to finish.
• Manage hosting, domains, servers, and deployment pipelines (cPanel, cloud platforms).
• Optimize site speed, performance, and technical SEO.
• Build scalable digital systems and integrations (CRM, APIs, automation).
• Oversee agency‑wide tech infrastructure, including security and troubleshooting.
• Implement AI‑enabled tools, motion/UI animations, and funnel/landing‑page optimizations.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in web development, preferably in agencies or startups.
• Proven track record of live websites and digital projects.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and technical SEO.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
