Warehouse Incharge

About the role

The Warehouse Incharge will lead day‑to‑day warehouse operations across multiple locations in Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Maharashtra. This position focuses on efficient handling of goods, coordination of last‑mile logistics and ensuring smooth flow of inventory for a high‑volume e‑commerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, picking and dispatch processes to meet service level agreements.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with transportation partners to optimise last‑mile delivery routes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Implement safety and compliance standards to minimise incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and distribution processes.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse workforce.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
