Vendor Sourcing Executive – Skincare, Personal Care & FMCG

About the role

California Nutralife Global Wellness Inc. is seeking a Vendor Sourcing Executive to lead third‑party sourcing for its skincare, personal care, nutraceutical and FMCG product lines. The role involves identifying, evaluating and coordinating with manufacturers, ingredient suppliers and packaging vendors to support product development and launch.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage third‑party manufacturers for skincare, cosmetics, nutraceuticals and FMCG items.
• Source raw materials, active ingredients, fragrances and packaging components.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive vendor database for contract manufacturing and private‑label production.
• Coordinate product sampling, formulation discussions, MOQ negotiations and production timelines with suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, MOQs and commercial terms; compare quotations and assess vendor capabilities.
• Ensure vendor compliance by tracking certifications such as GMP, ISO, COA, MSDS and cosmetic regulatory documents.
• Conduct market research on new manufacturers, ingredient trends, packaging innovations and emerging nutraceutical suppliers.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience in skincare, cosmetics, FMCG or nutraceutical sourcing.
• Hands‑on exposure to private‑label manufacturing coordination.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate commercial terms.
• Familiarity with regulatory documentation for cosmetics and nutraceuticals.
