About the role

Protouch Staffing is seeking a motivated US Healthcare Recruiter to join its Noida office. You will source, screen, and place qualified healthcare professionals in travel assignments across the United States, acting as a key liaison between candidates and client facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified US healthcare candidates for a variety of open positions.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through placement and onboarding.
• Conduct phone interviews, reference checks, and negotiate compensation packages.
• Stay updated on US healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and placement activities in the ATS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian university or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in US healthcare staffing.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare job titles, specialties, and licensing.
• Familiarity with US time zones, culture, and tax terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
