About the role

The Training Coordinator will oversee the smooth delivery of training programs across multiple locations in North India. This role ensures that classrooms, faculty, and resources are optimally scheduled while supporting student success from enrollment through placement.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule faculty and allocate classrooms and other resources efficiently.
• Form batches, file mandatory student documents, and distribute courseware.
• Inspect student grooming and conduct engagement activities.
• Support placement-related activities and manage student fee collections.
• Prepare daily reports on training delivery and placement outcomes.
• Oversee the student certification process.
• Maintain high attendance rates and implement dropout reduction strategies.
• Drive upselling through student referrals and organize parent‑teacher meetings.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating training or educational programs.
• Strong organizational and record‑keeping abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and faculty.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across different locations.
