About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations is the on‑ground face of Blue Dart, responsible for timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments within an assigned territory while ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Perform pickup and delivery of shipments, meeting committed service timelines.
Collect Cash on Delivery payments, handle cash securely and remit according to procedures.
Obtain and verify Proof of Delivery and required documentation.
Scan shipments using handheld devices and update status in real time.
Maintain vehicle condition, follow road safety guidelines, and report any incidents.

Required profile

Minimum 10th standard pass; fresher to 2 years of experience in courier or logistics.
Valid two‑ or four‑wheel driving licence and ownership of a two‑wheeler if required.
Physically fit and willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
Basic English reading and understanding.
