Telemarketing Executive – Real Estate (Up to ₹35,000)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Telemarketing Executive to join our team in Mylapore, Chennai. The role focuses on generating and nurturing leads for the real‑estate sector, handling both inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring excellent customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Make and receive inbound/outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments and update lead status.
• Maintain accurate call logs and customer records.
• Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to relay customer feedback.
• Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of telemarketing or call‑center experience.
• Strong verbal communication and convincing abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain composure under pressure.
• Preferably familiar with the real‑estate industry.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
