Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects within Zinnia’s digital platform. You will partner with product managers and cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery and stakeholder value.

Key responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day partnership with the product management team.
• Plan and oversee multiple technology projects, ensuring alignment with overall timelines.
• Support dependency management processes.
• Facilitate and adhere to PMO governance.
• Lead and manage projects at an executive level.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Manage cross‑functional teams including engineers, QA, and other technical staff.
• Communicate with management, sponsors, and clients to ensure clear understanding of goals, timelines, and dependencies.
• Participate in and facilitate ceremonies such as backlog refinement and planning.
• Leverage Agile practices to increase team throughput, transparency, and collaboration.
• Identify and manage project risks, creating contingency plans and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor and resolve issues as they arise.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation.
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate across departments, geographies, and with external partners.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing technology projects of increasing complexity.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
