Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will support Corporate & Professional Services by overseeing application support operations, ensuring high system availability, and driving continuous improvement across incident management, vendor coordination, and system upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end management of production incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis and enforce SLA compliance.
• Monitor application performance, stability and security while managing ticket lifecycles and escalations.
• Mentor and lead support engineers, maintain knowledge bases and enforce incident, change and problem management processes.
• Act as primary liaison between technical teams, business users and third‑party vendors.
• Prioritize support requests and bug fixes, coordinate patches, upgrades and hot‑fixes with development teams.
• Manage application enhancement lifecycles, identify operational risks and develop project budgets and timelines.
• Communicate updates on changes, issues, risks and milestones to stakeholders and manage resource capacity.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience with hands‑on application support (L2/L3) responsibilities.
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry and knowledge of legacy AS400 platforms is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work 2nd shift (3 PM – 12 AM IST), occasional weekends and at least three days per week onsite in Bangalore.
