About the role

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer to create high‑quality documentation that supports our products and services. You will work closely with subject‑matter experts and cross‑functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly content. Key responsibilities

• Produce clear, accurate, and comprehensive technical documentation, including manuals, user guides, and system specifications.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
• Review, edit, and proofread documentation for clarity, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
• Organize and manage documentation files and resources, maintaining version control and easy access.
• Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client policies.
• Maintain the documentation lifecycle from creation through updates to retirement.
