About the role
The Customer Service Executive (CSE) works in a recorded call‑centre environment to convey detailed health‑insurance product benefits, update customer records and resolve queries. The role demands high‑quality interactions, accurate information handling and strong customer orientation.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls on a recorded line and provide comprehensive product information.
- Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
- Address customer queries, concerns and requests while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Manage multiple calls efficiently, prioritize tasks and meet service level targets.
- Adapt communication style to different customer personalities and needs.
Required profile
- Good knowledge of health‑insurance products and policies.
- Strong phone etiquette, active listening and clear communication skills.
- Experience with technical applications and contact‑handling tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and manage time effectively.
- Customer‑focused attitude with flexibility to respond to varied customer types.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
