About the role
The Front Office Team Leader will ensure a courteous, professional, and efficient service experience for all guests at Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa. You will rotate across rooms‑division sub‑departments, handle guest issues, and support the front‑office team to maintain high standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized guest service and resolve complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, balance cash reports, and manage remittance envelopes.
- Update room allocations, follow up on special guest requests, and maintain contact with long‑stay and suite guests.
- Promote hotel services, facilities, and promotions using upselling techniques.
- Ensure proper handover of pending items for the next shift.
- Maintain grooming standards, foster good relationships with colleagues and other departments, and support supervisors as needed.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
