Team Lead, Custom Data Integration

About the role

Arcadia is seeking a Team Lead for its Custom Data Integration (CDI) team. The role will oversee the Chennai CDI pod, ensuring high‑quality data ingestion, standardisation and delivery for complex, non‑standard utility data and sustainability reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end CDI throughput, quality and turnaround time across both standard and custom workflows.
• Manage intake queues, balance workload allocation and plan capacity for Data Analysts and Senior Data Analysts.
• Design and maintain SOPs, onboarding processes, QA frameworks and delivery standards for one‑time and recurring engagements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, customer success, project management and data engineering teams in India and the US.
• Convert highly unstructured requirements into audit‑ready outputs supporting sustainability reporting, billing audits and compliance.
• Identify and drive automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading data‑focused teams in a fast‑moving technology environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
• Track record of delivering high‑quality data products on schedule.
