Tax Technology Consultant – Oracle EBS (Multiple Cities)

About the role

Deloitte Tax Services India is seeking a Consultant to help US‑based clients modernise their tax functions using Oracle EBS and related technologies. You will work across major Indian hubs, collaborating with clients to design, implement and test next‑generation tax solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate client workshops to capture tax requirements.
• Document requirements and perform system fit‑gap analysis.
• Advise on tax department strategy, covering people, process, technology and governance.
• Identify process improvements, redesign tax departments and evaluate automation opportunities.
• Design and develop tax solutions within Oracle EBS/Oracle Cloud.
• Lead user acceptance testing, create comprehensive test scenarios and pinpoint enhancements.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounts or equivalent from a reputable university.
• MBA or Chartered Accountant with experience in finance, accounting, taxation and auditing.
• 3‑6 years of experience with Oracle EBS finance modules or Oracle Financials Cloud modules that impact tax.
