Talent Sourcer (12-month Contract)

About the role

Apple is looking for a proactive Talent Sourcer to join its recruiting team on a 12‑month contract. You will work closely with recruiters to identify, engage, and attract top talent for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Utilise online databases, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal ATS to locate qualified candidates.
• Develop and execute creative outreach strategies to engage passive talent.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline for multiple roles.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to uncover new sourcing opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and report on sourcing metrics.
• Provide timely, professional communication to candidates throughout the process.

Required profile

• Internship or up to 1 year of experience in recruiting or talent sourcing (agency or corporate).
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS usage.
• Bachelor’s degree.
