Talent Consultant – Senior Associate

About the role

EY is seeking a Talent Consultant – Senior Associate to support the talent agenda for a business unit within EY GDS. You will act as the primary point of contact for employees, managers and business leaders on a wide range of talent‑related matters, driving engagement, workforce capability and talent management initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Strategic Talent Consultant in designing and delivering a scalable engagement framework.
• Partner with business leaders and managers to implement engagement initiatives and address talent needs.
• Provide insight on people issues, including employee‑relations cases, and advise on business decisions.
• Execute HR programs such as workforce planning, performance management, talent transformation, development and reward initiatives.
• Facilitate change management and ensure successful adoption of special projects.
• Coordinate inputs across talent‑consultant teams for leadership reviews and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage related risks.
