About the role
We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support Paytm’s recruitment team in Noida. The role offers hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination and recruitment database management, providing a solid foundation in end‑to‑end hiring.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Support offer roll‑out, candidate follow‑ups and employer branding initiatives.
Required profile
- Pursuing or recently completed graduation/MBA (HR specialization preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
