Supply Chain Operations Analyst

About the role

As a Supply Chain Operations Analyst you will manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations for Accenture’s clients. You will help clients achieve a high return on investment by ensuring orders are accurately fulfilled, inventory is optimised and logistics are efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage stock levels to minimise stock‑outs and avoid excess inventory.
• Develop and execute replenishment strategies based on sales trends, forecasts and performance data.
• Collaborate with suppliers to manage order cycles, lead times and delivery schedules.
• Design and deploy new processes and technologies in operating model design, network/flow path modelling, global trade, transportation and warehouse management systems.
• Analyse data to improve customer service and reduce operating costs.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in purchasing, replenishment buying or supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven supplier‑management experience and effective communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Proficiency with Oracle.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
