Stability Analyst – Pharmaceutical Lab

About the role

We are looking for a Stability Analyst to join our pharmaceutical laboratory. The role involves analysing stability and finished product samples and preparing detailed reports in line with ALCOA guidelines. You will work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that all data meets regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform stability and finished product sample analysis and compile reports according to ALCOA procedures.
• Maintain and operate laboratory instruments such as dissolution test apparatus, UV spectrophotometer, analytical balance, pH meter and sonicator.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and related policies.
• Manage the stability chamber and associated tracking system, including charging and withdrawal of samples per approved protocols.
• Document all activities in the laboratory information system and perform routine instrument maintenance and calibration to guarantee reliable results.

Required profile

• B.Pharm, M.Sc. or M.Pharm degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical stability testing or related laboratory work.
• Demonstrated ability to follow standard operating procedures.
