Social Media Team Member

About the role

The Social Media Team Member will be the voice of our health insurance brand on digital channels. You will engage customers, answer their queries, and share product information while upholding our brand tone and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to customer interactions on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Provide accurate product and policy information, guiding customers through queries and issues.
• Log and track interactions using the company’s CRM system, ensuring timely follow‑up and escalation when needed.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and tone across all digital communications.
• Identify recurring issues or trends and share insights with the broader contact‑center team.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer‑handling ability with a focus on service quality.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Adaptable to diverse audiences and comfortable working with a variety of digital tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) or platform native dashboards.
• Experience using CRM systems to log and track customer interactions.
