About the role
We are seeking a data‑driven, audience‑first Social Media Manager to shape our brand’s presence across multiple platforms. You will blend creativity with analytics to craft content that resonates, engages, and drives growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies informed by audience insights, platform behavior, trends, and performance data.
- Distinguish between audience desires, brand perception drivers, and high‑engagement content.
- Design platform‑native content plans for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and others, aligning with specific audience intents.
- Produce copy ranging from short, witty posts to long‑form LinkedIn articles and thought‑leadership pieces.
- Collaborate with leadership, design, marketing, and business teams to boost brand visibility.
- Analyze performance metrics, extract insights, run experiments, and continuously improve reach and engagement.
- Innovate new content formats, storytelling angles, and community initiatives.
Required profile
- 4–6 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of audience behavior, content psychology, and current social trends.
- Ability to translate data, comments, and platform signals into actionable content direction.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Curious, proactive, and highly owned mindset with a passion for experimentation.
- Confident in presentations, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
