Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will be based on‑site in Mengio, overseeing daily construction and installation activities for interior projects. This full‑time position ensures that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in line with design specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep the project on schedule.
• Monitor progress, verify compliance with design drawings, and enforce safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, material logs, and quality control records.
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards.

Required profile

• Proven ability to plan, organize, and solve problems in a construction environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for effective team coordination.
• Knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and materials management.
• Attention to detail for quality control and specification compliance.
• Relevant certification or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is advantageous.
