Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the execution of high‑end residential interior projects for Interazzo.com in Bengaluru. The role involves coordinating between clients, designers and project teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and ensure compliance with project plans.
• Interpret client requirements and act as the main liaison between the client and the project manager.
• Explain technical specifications to team members and provide direction to maintain quality standards.
• Set project goals, monitor progress and drive projects to successful completion.
• Handle client queries related to implementation and maintain clear communication.
• Coordinate with designers from concept through final installation.
• Stay updated on new developments in the interior design industry.

Required profile

• Diploma in civil engineering or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in the residential interior sector, preferably with luxury villas.
• Strong creative and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
