About the role

The Project Transmission Line Manager (Site) is responsible for executing assigned segments of high‑voltage (765/400 kV) transmission line projects. The role ensures productivity, adherence to timelines, budget, quality standards and zero‑harm safety principles while coordinating site activities and stakeholder interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and coordinate foundation, erection and stringing activities to meet project schedules and quality standards.
• Review survey data and field conditions to ensure correct tower placement, routing, and crossing points (e.g., highways, railways).
• Prepare and maintain L2 schedules, forecasting weekly and monthly workforce and material requirements.
• Provide daily and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Implement Field Quality Plans and IS Codes/CBIP manuals, certifying material and work quality on site.
• Enforce strict safety protocols to safeguard the project site and ensure regulatory compliance.
