Service Engineer – Medical Devices

About the role

B. Braun is seeking a Service Engineer to provide technical service and support for its innovative healthcare products in Vijayawada. You will ensure reliable operation of medical equipment, address customer issues, and contribute to service revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, order and replace spares.
• Manage service complaints, own customer issues from reporting to resolution.
• Provide pre‑sales support and install medical equipment.
• Achieve service targets through sales of contracts, consumables and spares.
• Collect accounts receivable, reduce turnaround time, and perform preventive maintenance on schedule.
• Follow SOPs for opening, attending, and closing service calls.
• Escalate unresolved problems to appropriate internal teams.

Required profile

• Graduate or Diploma in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation or Industrial Electronics.
• 1‑3+ years of customer service experience in medical devices or equipment.
• Demonstrated trust, accountability, and performance orientation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
