Server Hardware Management

About the role

The Server Hardware Management role is responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of server infrastructure. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware components, working closely with customers and vendors to resolve incidents quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively monitor all servers using BSE tools, tracking CPU and memory utilization.
• Perform part replacement and basic hardware troubleshooting on server equipment.
• Own incidents from detection to resolution, coordinating with customer support teams and third‑party vendors.
• Configure RAID arrays and iLO settings on HPE servers.
• Correlate related incidents into problem tickets and manage them through the problem‑management process.
• Implement vendor‑recommended best‑practice configurations and server hardening policies.
• Maintain an accurate server inventory and ensure compliance with BSE security guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong technical aptitude for server hardware and a proactive monitoring mindset.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with customers, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Attention to detail in documenting incidents and applying best‑practice configurations.
