Senior Talent Specialist – US Recruiter

About the role

Collabera is seeking a Senior Talent Specialist to lead US‑focused technical recruitment from its Vadodara office. You will manage the full hiring lifecycle for contract, contract‑to‑hire, and permanent positions while mentoring junior recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned requisitions across multiple technology verticals.
• Source candidates using Boolean search strings, web research, and social networking platforms.
• Screen, evaluate, and match candidates to job requirements, ensuring a strong fit.
• Maintain accurate records in the internal ATS and update candidate pipelines.
• Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers, peers, and prospective talent.
• Coach and train junior team members on best recruiting practices.
• Stay current on technology trends to effectively assess technical skills.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to multitask and shift priorities quickly.
• Experience mentoring junior recruiters and leading recruitment projects.
• Academic background in Human Resources or related field.
• Marketing acumen to promote services to clients and candidates.
