Senior System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior System Administrator to join our IT department. In this position you will ensure the reliability and performance of our server and network infrastructures while leading the Operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Configure internal systems and upgrade network infrastructure.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across hardware, software, and servers.
• Supervise the Operations team and train new system users.
• Install servers, devices, firewalls and set up user accounts.
• Monitor performance of servers, software and hardware.
• Ensure smooth deployment of new applications.
• Update and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a system administrator in a senior capacity.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and hands‑on experience with multiple operating systems.
• Ability to lead and supervise an operations team.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
