Senior Salesforce Developer – Staff Augmentation

About the role

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Salesforce Developer to provide short‑term staff augmentation and development support for our Salesforce platform. The role will accelerate delivery of a backlog of enhancements, integrations, and operational improvements while ensuring platform stability.

Key responsibilities

• Accelerate delivery of Salesforce enhancements, integrations and operational improvements.
• Maintain platform stability and performance.
• Design and implement solutions within Sales Cloud following best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware and other tools.
• Build, optimize and maintain Salesforce Flows for automation.
• Develop scalable and reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Provide technical leadership and guide team members.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience with Salesforce development.
• Deep understanding of Sales Cloud functionalities and best practices.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows.
• Hands‑on experience with Lightning Web Components.
• Strong Apex development skills, including classes, triggers, batch jobs and asynchronous processing.
• Solid grasp of Salesforce administration, configuration, security and user management.
• Demonstrated technical lead or team‑leading capabilities.
