Senior Project Manager – Small Catalogue Acquisition

About the role

The India & SEA Local Small Catalogue Acquisition (SCA) Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end acquisition of music catalogues across the region. You will be responsible for driving deals from initial pricing through to closing and integration, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with local teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full catalogue acquisition process in Asia, from sourcing to post‑deal integration.
• Prioritise and oversee the deal pipeline in collaboration with local teams, assessing eligibility and attractiveness.
• Analyse historical catalogue performance, model future cash flows and set target acquisition prices.
• Negotiate business and financial terms together with the Catalogue Acquisition Lawyer and internal stakeholders.
• Onboard and coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout each transaction.
• Prepare and execute post‑merger integration activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing catalogue acquisitions or similar deal processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to evaluate performance data and forecast cash flows.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience working with legal teams.
• Effective stakeholder management across multiple regions.
