Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead service projects from initial client inquiry through successful completion, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and TDW standards. This role requires a customer‑focused mindset and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cooperation between quoting, scheduling, coordination, project management, operations, invoicing, manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Collect and review all project information from internal and external customers.
• Support quote generation, verify accuracy of quotes/invoices, and ensure proper pricing.
• Generate and process change orders efficiently.
• Monitor project scope, objectives, and deliverables, communicating status to stakeholders.
• Attend site visits and customer meetings as needed.
• Identify, coordinate, and assign resources, including vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Establish and communicate project risk levels to customers and internal teams.
• Promote best practices in operational excellence, safety, and TDW culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of project management experience (or equivalent education/experience).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Knowledge of ASME and CSA standards.
• Understanding of pipeline operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project‑management software.
• Excellent interpersonal, commercial, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions, meet tight deadlines, and work in fast‑moving teams.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language ability is a plus.
