Senior Project Manager – Digital Products (Hybrid, Pune)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10‑12 years of experience to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex digital products, including travel eSIM platforms, mobile apps, and web solutions. The role is hybrid, based in Pune, and requires strong leadership to coordinate business, product, and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive full project lifecycle for web and mobile platforms, ensuring scope, quality, and budget are met.
• Lead sprint planning, execution, retrospectives and maintain the product backlog aligned with business goals.
• Gather, refine and translate stakeholder requirements into clear user stories, PRDs and BRDs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, QA, design, DevOps, product) and remove blockers.
• Mentor and guide team members, allocate resources efficiently and foster a culture of accountability.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies and monitor delivery health using KPIs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in Confluence, Jira or Monday and enforce governance frameworks.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor) to improve planning, documentation and team productivity.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of experience in IT/Software project or program management.
• Proven track record delivering mobile (iOS, Android, Flutter) and web applications.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects with clear prioritisation.
