Senior Product Designer

About the role

Nykaa is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape best‑in‑class digital experiences for its B2B beauty platform. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and creative teams to translate business goals into intuitive, data‑driven designs that delight users and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy for growth and innovation, owning performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create high‑fidelity mockups, interaction flows, and design systems.
• Lead UX research initiatives, synthesize insights, and develop case studies.
• Formulate hypotheses, run experiments, and use data to inform design decisions.
• Supervise junior designers within the pod and ensure design quality.
• Maintain and evolve design systems to support scaling across the product suite.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level product or UX design, preferably in e‑commerce or B2B environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into design actions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and innovative design solutions.
