Senior Manager – Store Design & Projects

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic senior professional to lead store design and planning projects across the West region of India. The role oversees new store development, refurbishments, maintenance and shop‑in‑shop fit‑outs, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance and high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute retail store projects from concept to handover across the assigned region.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and execution strategies.
• Manage relationships with architects, consultants, vendors, mall teams and contractors, monitoring construction quality and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Drive space planning, retail design implementation and ensure safety and statutory standards are met.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, Procurement and senior leadership, providing regular status updates.
• Control project budgets, track expenses and implement cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, support annual expansion plans and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in retail store design, project management or construction planning.
• Proven track record delivering retail and commercial fit‑out projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously across regions.
