About the role
McKinsey’s Digital Marketing Hub is looking for a Senior Manager to lead advanced SEO strategies for multiple clients. You will own a workstream within the ET Medialabs (ETML) team, integrating SEO with performance marketing to drive measurable growth and improve organic visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive SEO campaigns that increase organic traffic, rankings, and visibility across client portfolios.
- Collaborate with performance marketing, analytics, and client service teams to align SEO initiatives with broader digital strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using data-driven insights to optimize tactics.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best‑practice frameworks.
- Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure cutting‑edge recommendations.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading SEO programs for B2B and B2C clients.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Resilience and a growth‑oriented attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
