Senior Manager

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead the design, development and delivery of Java‑based micro‑services and API solutions within a fast‑paced, Agile environment. The role operates on an IN Shift 2 schedule (2:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. IST) and requires strong technical leadership to guide cross‑functional teams through the full software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience developing Java, micro‑services, APIs and API testing tools.
• 5 years of experience with full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) implementations.
• Minimum 3 years working with web application frameworks such as Angular, HTML5, CSS and GraphQL.
• 4 years of experience applying DevSecOps practices using Git, Jenkins, Maven and SonarQube.
• 3 years of experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• At least 2 years in a technical leadership role, with or without direct reports.
• 3+ years experience in product delivery models and Scrum development practices.
• 2 years of experience with a content management system, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
