Senior Graphic Designer – Executive Level

About the role

Swiggy, in partnership with Servd, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual projects across digital and print channels. You will shape the creative direction of campaigns, ensure brand consistency, and mentor junior designers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to execution, aligning visual direction with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Provide creative direction for campaigns and marketing materials, maintaining high‑quality, on‑brand designs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Post Production and Content to understand project needs and deliver compelling design solutions.
• Execute hands‑on design work for websites, social media assets, email templates, branding, advertising, presentations, and other collateral.
• Conduct thorough design reviews to ensure polished, on‑brand deliverables before final release.
• Mentor junior team members through feedback, creative input, and quality checks.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and innovative techniques to keep designs fresh.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven graphic design experience in a studio, agency, or in‑house environment.
• Strong eye for detail with deep knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
