Senior Fund Administrator

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Fund Administrator to join its global investment team. You will play a key part in managing fund administration processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the delivery of investment strategies for clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day fund administration activities, including data collection, validation, and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve data discrepancies and ensure timely delivery of information.
• Prepare and review fund performance reports, NAV calculations, and regulatory filings.
• Identify and address operational issues, applying problem‑solving techniques to moderately complex situations.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and acting as an informal resource.

Required profile

• Full proficiency gained through relevant training and on‑the‑job experience.
• Ability to take a broad perspective to solve moderately complex problems.
• Comfort working with partial or conflicting data and identifying key issues.
• Capable of delivering high‑quality work with limited supervision.
