Senior Customer Marketing Specialist – Product Positioning

About the role

Honeywell is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist to lead product positioning for its Process Automation autonomous and AI solutions. You will translate technical specifications into compelling market messages, support sales enablement, and drive product awareness across industrial automation customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate product value propositions, positioning, and messaging based on market insights.
• Create unique selling propositions (USPs) and go‑to‑market strategies for new AI and automation products.
• Produce sales enablement collateral such as battlecards, training resources, brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Collaborate with product managers, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
• Support product naming initiatives and act as an internal and external evangelist for product adoption.
• Gather feedback from sales and customer support to refine messaging and improve market adoption.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role.
• Excellent written communication in American English.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
