About the role
The Senior Customer Experience Executive will serve as the primary liaison for all customer walk‑ins at Brigade project sites. You will ensure a seamless experience throughout the project lifecycle by addressing queries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for every customer visit, handling queries, requests, and concerns.
- Coordinate with Head Office support functions to close customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain up‑to‑date communication with the Head Office team to ensure alignment on project status.
- Proactively manage customer expectations to achieve high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with on‑site stakeholders, including sales and project teams, to stay informed on project progress.
- Document all customer interactions in a ticketing system for traceability.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Excellent coordination abilities across multiple internal teams.
- Ability to anticipate and manage customer expectations.
- Detail‑oriented approach to documentation and follow‑up.
