Senior Brand Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer to shape and communicate brand purpose through compelling visual systems. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on design, leading projects from insight to execution while collaborating with creative leadership, strategists and project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end brand identity projects, delivering visual languages, packaging systems and digital assets.
• Guide and mentor designers through concept development, feedback cycles and production, ensuring high‑quality craft.
• Facilitate cross‑team co‑creation with writers, researchers and other creatives to translate strategy into visual concepts.
• Partner with project managers to define workflows, meet milestones and keep projects on schedule.
• Present design solutions confidently to senior leadership and clients, articulating rationale and impact.
• Build flexible brand systems that work across typography, grids, colour, motion and editorial applications.
• Act as a trusted creative partner, communicating decisions with clarity and incorporating feedback while protecting design integrity.
• Contribute to studio growth by raising standards, sharing cultural references and supporting hiring decisions.

Required profile

• 8 + years of professional experience in brand design or related visual disciplines.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic brand thinking, system development and execution across multiple media.
• Proven ability to lead projects, mentor designers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting concepts and defending design choices.
• Detail‑oriented with a deep understanding of typography, composition, colour and grid systems.
