Senior Associate – GRE Operations

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Associate to manage and optimise data operations for its Global Real Estate (GRE) platform. The role focuses on maintaining data integrity across multiple systems and supporting business decision‑making through robust analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex structured datasets and ensure data quality across PRODA, Yardi, Kyriba, Debt Management System and Snowflake.
• Design, execute and optimise ETL workflows, transforming Excel‑based data into Snowflake using SQL and automated pipelines.
• Maintain and troubleshoot system integrations to guarantee seamless data flows.
• Perform routine data validations, reconciliations and monitoring for accurate reporting.
• Analyse large datasets with SQL and Snowflake to identify anomalies and generate insights.
• Coordinate internal and third‑party deliverables, communicate data‑related matters and support UAT, go‑live and stabilisation phases.
• Lead monthly AUM reporting for Corporate Finance and enhance standard system reports.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend automation or scripting solutions.
• Partner with automation/tech teams to design scalable automation solutions.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in real‑estate systems, financial operations or data governance.
• Hands‑on experience with PRODA, Yardi, Kyriba or similar ERP/TMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of data structures, system workflows and reconciliation processes.
• Proven ability to manage complex deliverables with global and third‑party service providers.
