Senior Accountant

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Global Services Finance team in Bangalore. The role will support the accurate accounting of balance‑sheet and income‑statement processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and the J&J Credo.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls, including SOX and internal audit requirements.
• Execute timely financial period closings according to the closing calendar and SLA commitments.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and validity of actuals reported within the assigned entity scope.
• Apply worldwide accounting procedures and maintain operational excellence across all processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional finance teams to support cost‑effective financial services and compliance for operating companies worldwide.

Required profile

• Strong accounting and finance background with experience in large, multinational environments.
• Ability to learn new processes quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
