About the role
AVEVA is seeking a Senior Account Manager for its Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) segment in India. The role drives growth by owning strategic EPC accounts or territory, delivering orders, revenue and pipeline, and shaping the EPC market strategy for the region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead EPC sales efforts, set enterprise‑selling benchmarks and ensure deal rigor.
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with EPC order books, project pipelines and Owner‑Operator digital standards.
- Own and expand strategic EPC accounts, acquiring new logos and growing existing relationships.
- Engage EPCs and Owner‑Operators across FEED, Basic and Detailed Engineering stages to position AVEVA as a digital continuity platform.
- Promote adoption of AVEVA’s engineering and design software portfolio, including process simulation, P&ID, piping, electrical, instrumentation and 3‑D plant design.
- Apply MEDDPICC methodology to qualify opportunities, identify economic buyers and champions, and lead pricing and negotiations.
- Mentor extended teams, coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with presales, product specialists, marketing, services and partners.
Required profile
- Senior‑level sales leadership experience, preferably within the EPC or industrial software sector.
- Proven track record of managing strategic accounts, delivering revenue targets and building pipeline.
- Deep understanding of EPC market dynamics, capital investment cycles and engineering workflows.
- Ability to influence multi‑stakeholder pursuits and mentor cross‑functional teams.
