Search Engine Optimization Executive

About the role

We are looking for a passionate SEO Executive to drive organic growth for Bag2Bag, a fast‑growing travel‑tech brand in India. You will own the end‑to‑end SEO strategy, turning data into measurable results that help millions of travelers discover our services.

Key responsibilities

• Research high‑intent keywords and identify new ranking opportunities.
• Implement on‑page SEO improvements including meta tags, internal linking, schema and content optimization.
• Build off‑page authority through backlink outreach, guest posting and partnership building.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, collaborate with developers to fix crawlability, speed and mobile issues.
• Partner with the content team to create SEO‑first landing pages and blog posts.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush and generate weekly/monthly insights.
• Monitor rankings, traffic and conversions, and act quickly on any fluctuations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO.
• Ability to analyse data and translate findings into action.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Motivation to learn, experiment and grow.
