Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will work on‑site in Hyderabad District, building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving sales to meet defined targets. You will act as a bridge between customers and the online marketplace, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market.
• Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve concerns.
• Conduct product demonstrations and offer training to customers or internal team members as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective sales strategies.
• Monitor market trends and contribute insights to improve overall performance.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proficiency in sales and sales management with a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience training team members or clients on products and services.
• Problem‑solving mindset, adaptability, and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good knowledge of the Hyderabad market and familiarity with online marketplaces.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous sales or retail experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
