About the role
The Sales Specialist will work on‑site in Hyderabad District, building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving sales to meet defined targets. You will act as a bridge between customers and the online marketplace, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market.
- Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve concerns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and offer training to customers or internal team members as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends and contribute insights to improve overall performance.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Proficiency in sales and sales management with a track record of meeting targets.
- Experience training team members or clients on products and services.
- Problem‑solving mindset, adaptability, and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good knowledge of the Hyderabad market and familiarity with online marketplaces.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous sales or retail experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
