About the role
The Sales Associate will act as PepsiCo’s representative in the market, working closely with distributors and sales teams to drive growth, improve distribution and ensure product availability. The role focuses on planning, executing joint business plans and coaching sales representatives to achieve monthly targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve secondary monthly sales targets and gross revenue growth.
- Plan efficient sales routes to boost productivity and increase net and weighted distribution.
- Ensure stock availability, rack execution according to planograms, and FIFO/stacking compliance.
- Build strong relationships with customers to maximise satisfaction.
- Provide one‑on‑one training and coaching to PSRs, set monthly targets and monitor performance through sales reports.
- Manage distributor/ hub appointments, monitor ROI, and support recruitment and retention of sales representatives.
- Track order delivery, minimise expiry and stale stock, and ensure food compliance.
Required profile
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
- Experience in sales, distribution or consumer‑goods environments is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with sales data.
