Robotic Construction & 3D Concrete Printing Expert (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

Protrainy is seeking a part‑time remote specialist to lead the design and optimisation of 3D concrete printing projects and advance robotic construction methods. You will work closely with the training team to embed cutting‑edge technology into our e‑learning modules and mentor learners online.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise 3D concrete printing workflows for construction projects.
• Research innovative materials, construction techniques and robotic systems.
• Evaluate and improve existing robotic construction processes.
• Provide technical insights to enhance Protrainy’s training content.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to develop new training modules.
• Mentor students and professionals through online sessions.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of formwork, carpentry, heavy equipment and flatwork applications.
• Hands‑on experience with ready‑mix concrete and 3D concrete printing materials.
• Proven problem‑solving ability and innovative mindset in construction technologies.
• Previous experience in training or mentoring is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with effective communication and project‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with emerging construction technologies and robotic systems is highly desirable.
